The grayscale XRP spot ETF GXRP is listed for trading today

According to GlobeNewswire, Grayscale Investments announced today that the Grayscale XRP Spot ETF (ticker symbol: GXRP) has begun trading as an ETP on the NYSE Arca.

Grayscale further stated that GXRP is an ETF and is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("40 Act"), and therefore is not subject to the same regulatory and protective measures as ETFs and mutual funds registered under the 40 Act. Investing in GXRP involves significant risks, including the potential loss of principal. GXRP holds XRP, but investing in GXRP is not a direct investment in XRP.
