Compliance RWA Infrastructure Pruv Finance announced the completion of a $3 million Pre-A round of financing, led by UOB Venture Management, a venture capital arm of United Overseas Bank, with participation from Saison Capital, Taisu Ventures, Ascent, Spiral Ventures, and Royal Group. The new funds are intended to support its development of a digital financial platform to assist institutional users in achieving RWA asset tokenization and on-chain distribution.
