According to tracking data from @ai_9684xtpa, the wallet address 0xdEC…4151E has transferred a total of 30,603 ETH to Binance and Galaxy Digital since October 28, amounting to approximately $7.055 million based on the price at the time of transfer.

This address has been accumulating ETH since 2017 and has previously interacted with Fengbushi Capital and FBG Capital, suspected to be an early institutional or individual whale.
