According to Arkham data, at 15:22, 6,244 ETH (worth approximately 19.9 million USD) was transferred from one anonymous address (starting with 0xC7F0…) to another anonymous address (starting with 0x05Be…). Subsequently, that address transferred 2,165 ETH (worth approximately 6.9 million USD) to Binance.
