The U.S. prosecution recommends a 12-year prison sentence for Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon, due to his fraudulent actions that led to the $40 billion collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin.
Do Kwon will be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer on December 11.
