Tether-supported mobile payment app Oobit enters the U.S. market
According to The Block, the mobile payment application Oobit, supported by Tether, announced a partnership with Bakkt and will officially launch in the United States on Monday, December 9.
It is reported that the "tap-to-pay" solution integrates non-custodial wallets such as Base, Binance, MetaMusk, Phantom, and Trust Wallet, allowing users to spend cryptocurrency directly using iOS and Android devices. Merchants will receive fiat settlements in real-time through the existing Visa payment network.
