The new proposal from Reserve Rights plans to burn approximately 30 billion RSR tokens

Reserve Rights (RSR) has released a token structure reform proposal (RFC-1269), which includes the burning of approximately 30 billion RSR tokens to reduce the total supply, and the introduction of a governance-based veRSR issuance mechanism to enhance holder participation and governance weight.
