According to Bloomberg, Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), although holding no official position, has regained influence after receiving a pardon from Trump, supporting his stance on cryptocurrency and expressing a desire to "make the U.S. a crypto hub."

Binance is considering restarting Binance.US, including reducing Zhao's stake to alleviate compliance hurdles; meanwhile, it is engaging with U.S. giants like BlackRock to deepen financial cooperation. Zhao previously pleaded guilty to anti-money laundering issues, but it remains unclear whether the pardon has lifted the restrictions on him.
