OpenAI has launched GPT-5.2-Codex, optimized for deep coding of agents
OpenAI today announced the launch of GPT-5.2-Codex, based on GPT-5.2. OpenAI co-founder Sam Altman stated that it has been specifically trained for agent coding and end-user applications, and OpenAI employees have achieved great success using it.
Additionally, OpenAI is reportedly planning to raise up to $10 billion at a valuation of $830 billion.
