The blockchain ASIC R&D listed company AGM Group has completed the issuance and delivery of $2 million in convertible notes

The Nasdaq-listed blockchain ASIC chip development company AGM Group announced that it has completed the issuance and delivery of a total of $2 million in convertible notes. The related fundraising transaction was conducted in two phases, with $1.5 million paid at the first delivery, and the remaining $500,000 completed in the second delivery on December 18.

AGM Group also disclosed that it had previously reached an investment agreement to raise a total of $6 million through the issuance of convertible notes in three phases.
