U.S. stocks opened, with the Dow down 0.1% and Nike up 3%

According to Jinshi News, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.1%, the S&P 500 down 0.03%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 0.02%. Intel (INTC.O) fell 3%, following reports that Nvidia has suspended testing of its 18A process technology. Nike (NKE.N) rose 3%, and Apple CEO Tim Cook spent approximately $2.95 million to buy 50,000 shares of Nike stock. Dynavax Technologies (DVAX.O) surged 38%, as Sanofi invested $2.2 billion to acquire Dynavax.
