Ethereum's net inflow of $4.2 billion in 2025 ranks first, while Arbitrum has the largest outflow

According to Artemis data, Ethereum's net capital inflow in 2025 reached $4.2 billion, ranking first among all public chains and demonstrating strong capital attraction. The second-ranked Hyperliquid had a net inflow of approximately $2.5 billion, followed by emerging public chains such as Sonic, WorldChain, Solana, and Starknet, with net inflows ranging from $500 million to $1.5 billion.

In contrast, public chains like Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Base, and Polygon PoS experienced net capital outflows, with Arbitrum seeing the largest outflow. Unichain, Berachain, Blast, and Avalanche C-Chain also exhibited varying degrees of capital outflow.
