WisdomTree withdraws its S-1 registration application for the spot XRP ETF

According to Cryptopolitan, WisdomTree has officially withdrawn its proposed registration application for a spot XRP ETF. In a filing submitted on Tuesday, the company stated that it has "decided not to proceed" with the product's issuance at this time and requested the SEC to withdraw the registration statement along with all accompanying exhibits and amendments.

Previously, WisdomTree submitted S-1 registration documents related to the spot XRP ETF to the SEC in December 2024.
