According to Arkham data, at 23:03, 190 BTC (worth approximately 17.63 million USD) was transferred from one anonymous address (starting with bc1q5g3xu…) to another anonymous address (starting with bc1q5scv9…). Subsequently, that address transferred part of the BTC to another anonymous address (starting with bc1qdr5n4…).
