Jiuzi Holdings secures $90 million investment to advance blockchain and Web3 ecosystem expansion

Jiuzi Holdings, a Bitcoin treasury company listed on NASDAQ, announced the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum with Morgan International Finance Ltd, which intends to invest $90 million through equity investment.
