USD.AI will conduct a token sale on Coinlist with a FDV of 300 million USD

Coinlist has announced a USD.AI sale event. This sale is only open to users who participated in the USD.AI "Allo Game" points activity. Eligible users can participate directly through CoinList during the sale window.

Participants will receive guaranteed allocations based on the points they earned in the Allo Game. Users can also submit additional purchases beyond their guaranteed allocation, and if the sale is not fully subscribed, the excess will be distributed proportionally.

The token for USD.AI is called CHIP, with a total supply of 10 billion tokens. A total of 700 million tokens will be sold in this round, with a price of $0.03 per token, corresponding to an FDV of $300 million. It is expected to be 100% unlocked at the TGE in March, with a minimum purchase amount of $100.
