U.S. stocks opened, with the Dow down 0.33% and Novo Nordisk plummeting 15.65%
According to Gate market data, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.33%, the S&P 500 down 0.15%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 0.13%. Novo Nordisk (NVO.N) plummeted 15.65%, as the company stated that its weight loss drug Cagrisema's experimental results were not as good as Eli Lilly's Zepbound, with Eli Lilly (LLY.N) opening up 3.86%.
