According to Gate's market data, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.75%, the S&P 500 down 0.82%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 1.2%. Netflix (NFLX.O) opened up 10.83% after the company announced its withdrawal from the acquisition bid for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD.O). Amazon (AMZN.O) fell 0.44% and announced a partnership with OpenAI, investing $50 billion in OpenAI's new round of $110 billion investment.
