U.S. stocks closed, with the Nasdaq down over 2% and Nvidia down 4%

According to Gate market data, U.S. stocks closed lower on Thursday, oil prices regained upward momentum, and expectations for a Federal Reserve interest rate hike resurfaced, putting pressure on the three major stock indices. The Dow Jones Industrial Average initially fell by 1%, the S&P 500 index dropped by 1.7%, and the Nasdaq Composite index declined by 2.38%. Tesla fell over 3%, and Nvidia dropped 4%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed down 2.55%, Xpeng Motors fell over 6%, and Alibaba dropped over 3%.
