According to Arkham data, at 04:14, 9,893.4 ETH (worth approximately 19.71 million USD) was transferred from one anonymous address (starting with 0x021b…) to another anonymous address (starting with 0x363A…). Subsequently, at 04:15, this address transferred 5,857.54 ETH to Galaxy Digital.
