According to monitoring by lookonchain, whales/institutions are continuously increasing their holdings of ETH. A wallet associated with Cumberland has withdrawn 26,500 ETH (approximately 59.52 million USD) from OKX, Binance, Bybit, and Coinbase in the past 12 hours.
