According to the official announcement, the Binance Flash Exchange Regular Investment Rebate Program will terminate on May 1, 2026, at 7:59. At that time, flash exchange regular investment transactions will no longer receive rebate rewards from this program.

The qualified rebates accumulated by users in April 2026 will be fully distributed before the end of May 2026. The existing regular investment program will continue to operate, but the rebate incentives will cease.
