Arbitrum DAO has begun voting on the release of the stolen Ethereum that was frozen by Arbitrum in the Kelp DAO theft incident.

The proposal suggests setting up a multi-signature address, with signers including Aave Labs, Kelp DAO, Certora, and EtherFi. This address will be specifically used for recovery work after receiving the Ethereum frozen by Arbitrum. Currently, the voting approval rate for this proposal is 100%, and the voting will end on May 8 at 2:54 Beijing time.
