According to Decrypt, Australian rapper Iggy Azalea is facing a class-action lawsuit over the Solana meme coin MOTHER, with investors accusing her of exaggerating the true utility and commercial integration of the token.

The lawsuit claims that Azalea promoted MOTHER for use in the Motherland casino, Unreal Mobile phone service, and DreamVault marketplace, but these integrations failed to materialize or did not operate as promised. The MOTHER token has dropped over 99% from its peak of about $0.23. The plaintiffs are seeking compensation for affected investors, including statutory damages and potential triple damages. The lawsuit was filed by Burwick Law, which had previously sued "Hawk Tuah" girl Hailey Welch and her meme coin project.
