The U.S. Senate Banking Committee will review the "2025 Digital Asset Market Clarity Act" on May 14

According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. Senate Banking Committee will review H.R.3633, the "2025 Digital Asset Market Clarification Act," at 10:30 AM Eastern Time on May 14. Committee members will vote on the bill text and related amendments at that time.

If the bill is passed, the Banking Committee version will be merged with the portion handled by the Senate Agriculture Committee into a final version, which will then be submitted for a full Senate vote.
