The Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority issued an investor warning to Zondacrypto due to the absence of a white paper

According to Cointelegraph, the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority issued an investor warning to BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of the cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto, for failing to provide the white paper for the "TeamPL" crypto token on its website, violating Article 9(1) of the EU MiCA framework, which requires that as long as the crypto asset is still held by the public, the white paper must be continuously available on the website.

Earlier reports indicated that the Zondacrypto exchange was experiencing withdrawal issues, and Polish law enforcement has also launched an investigation into the exchange.
