American defense technology company Anduril announced the completion of a $5 billion Series H financing round, with a post-money valuation of $61 billion. This round was led by Thrive Capital and a16z.

CEO Brian Schimpf stated in a letter to investors that the company's revenue is expected to reach $2.2 billion by 2025, with revenue and employee numbers nearly doubling over the past year. The company has delivered its first international project for the Royal Australian Navy and completed an autonomous flight demonstration in the U.S. Air Force's unmanned combat aircraft program.

Anduril stated that it will focus on increasing investments in high-capacity manufacturing, AI and autonomous systems, the Lattice sensor and command control platform, as well as the Arsenal-1 factory and ArsenalOS production system, to address the transformation of defense demands in the context of "industrialized warfare" and great power competition.
