Amid rising tensions between Iran and the United States, financing networks linked to the Iranian regime have used Binance to establish a secret payment system to continuously fund military forces.

According to market news, this network is operated by Iranian businessman Babak Zanjani, who claims to be an "anti-sanctions" operator. Internal compliance reports from Binance indicate that as of last December, this network completed approximately $850 million in transactions through Binance over the past two years, with most transactions concentrated in a single account.
