The prediction market and live streaming platform K25.ai received a $2 million investment from NewGenIVF Group

According to Tech In Asia, K25.ai, a prediction market and live streaming platform led by former OKX Chief Operating Officer Andy Cheung and based in Singapore, announced that Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group (NIVF) made a preliminary investment of $2 million at a valuation of $100 million. This investment may subsequently increase to $10 million. The deal also grants NIVF an exclusive institutional partnership in the Asia-Pacific region. K25.ai and NIVF plan to expand into markets such as Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. The startup stated that it is exploring ways to enter the public market through strategic transactions or reverse mergers, but there is no guarantee that any listing plans will proceed.
