UBS and Morgan Stanley are optimistic about the US stock market, raising the year-end target for the S&P 500 to 8,000 points
According to Jinshi News, UBS Global Wealth Management has raised its year-end target for the S&P 500 index to 7,900 points, while Morgan Stanley has raised it to 8,000 points. UBS believes that despite the negative impact of the Middle East conflict, the U.S. stock market still shows resilience and is expected to rise another 6% in the second half of the year. Morgan Stanley expects the S&P 500 index to reach 8,300 points in the next 12 months, mainly benefiting from a year-on-year profit growth of about 27% in the first quarter.
