The recovery plan execution phase for KelpDAO rsETH has been completed, and 20,400 rsETH have been transferred to the rsETH OFT adapter

According to official news, KelpDAO stated that the last batch of 20,373.72 rsETH has been transferred to the rsETH OFT adapter earlier, thus completing the operational part of the rsETH recovery plan. KelpDAO also attached the relevant transaction information.
