Bitmine purchased $232.5 million worth of ETH in the past week, currently holding a total of $11.2 billion in ETH

According to Arkham monitoring, Tom Lee announced that Bitmine purchased $232.5 million worth of ETH in the past week. They currently hold a total of $11.2 billion worth of ETH, which accounts for 4.47% of the total supply.

It is reported that Tom Lee needs to purchase an additional $1.34 billion worth of ETH to reach 5%. At this rate, they will achieve their goal by mid-September.
Previously, it was reported that Bitmine plans to hold 5% of the Ethereum supply by the end of 2026.
