Eightco disclosed a portfolio of approximately $374 million in crypto and AI assets, including indirect equity in OpenAI, WLD, and ETH

According to PRNewswire, the publicly listed company Eightco Holdings Inc. announced its latest asset structure as of May 27, 2026, with a total holding size of approximately $374 million. The assets include: approximately $90 million in indirect equity of OpenAI (held through SPV), $18 million in equity of Beast Industries, approximately $144 million in cash and stablecoins, as well as 11,068 Ethereum and approximately 283 million Worldcoin (WLD), and also includes an investment of about $1 million in Mythical Games.

Eightco stated that the future portfolio will cover core assets in AI and the digital economy, emphasizing strategic exposure to private tech companies such as OpenAI and Beast Industries.
