Bybit launches POV order mode to enhance large transaction execution capability
Recently, Bybit launched Percentage of Volume (POV) orders on its contract platform, which helps reduce slippage and market impact by dynamically splitting large orders into sub-orders and adjusting the execution pace based on real-time market transactions and liquidity, thereby enhancing transaction stability in volatile markets.
Unlike traditional execution methods that are solely based on transaction volume, Bybit introduces a POV trading model based on order book depth and offers three modes: transaction volume, counterparty liquidity, and same-side liquidity, allowing traders to optimize execution according to their strategy needs. This feature is now available to eligible contract users.
