According to the information released by the SEC, several executives of Robinhood (HOOD) conducted multiple transactions on June 3.

General Counsel Daniel Martin Jr Gallagher sold 10,000 shares of the company's stock at an average price of $83.68 per share, totaling approximately $836,800, reducing his holdings to 481,396 shares.

Chief Brokerage Officer Steven M. Quirk sold 10,837 shares of the company's stock at an average price of $85.91 per share, totaling approximately $931,000, reducing his holdings to 81,989 shares.

Director Meyer Malka purchased 181,000 shares of the company's stock at an average price of $83.45 per share, totaling approximately $15,103,900, increasing his holdings to 7,754,656 shares.
