Blockworks acquires the crypto data platform Messari
According to the Wall Street Journal, cryptocurrency data provider Blockworks has announced the acquisition of Messari.
It is reported that Blockworks will pay over 10 million dollars, while Messari was valued at around 300 million dollars in 2022, making this transaction a significant discount.
