Bitmine announces a cash dividend of $0.1056 per share for its Class A preferred stock
Bitcoin mining company Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) announced that its board has approved a cash dividend of $0.1056 per share for its 9.50% Class A perpetual preferred stock (NYSE: BMNP). The dividend will be officially paid on July 10, 2026, to Class A preferred shareholders registered as of the close of business on June 30, 2026.
It is reported that Bitmine is a Bitcoin mining company operating in the United States, currently focused on utilizing excess capital for an Ethereum reserve strategy, and is launching a staking infrastructure network called MAVAN dedicated to its assets in 2026.
