The Base B20 token standard is expected to be activated on the mainnet on June 27 at 2:00

Base Senior Developer Advocate Jon Roethke tweeted that the B20 token standard is expected to activate on the Base mainnet on June 27 at 2:00. After the activation of the Base Beryl upgrade, the activation registry may take up to about 1 hour to be fully enabled.
B20 is a new native token standard introduced with the Base Beryl upgrade, compatible with ERC-20, suitable for scenarios such as stablecoins, RWA, and equity-like assets.
