Data: Visa's stablecoin transaction volume in June reached a new high of $1.79 trillion, with USDC accounting for 70% of the transaction volume in the first half of the year
According to Coindesk, Visa's on-chain dashboard shows that in the first half of the year, Circle's USDC accounted for about 70% of the adjusted stablecoin trading volume, further expanding its lead over Tether's USDT (which accounted for about 25%).
In June alone, the adjusted stablecoin trading volume set a record of $1.79 trillion, a 63% increase from May and a 125% increase from June 2025, bringing the trading volume for the first half of the year to $8.82 trillion.
