According to PR Newswire, Bitmine announced that it has purchased an additional 27,801 ETH in the past week and stated that it will continue to maintain the steady accumulation pace established since 2026. The company expects to achieve its so-called "Alchemy of 5%" target within the year.

As of July 12, Bitmine holds a total of 5.77 million ETH, of which 4.917 million ETH (approximately 85% of the holdings) have been staked. Based on an ETH price of $1,820, the total value is approximately $9 billion. The company expects an annualized staking income of about $242 million based on a 2.70% annualized staking yield, and if all ETH is staked, the annualized staking rewards could reach $284 million.

In addition, Bitmine stated that it has launched an institutional-grade Ethereum staking platform, MAVAN (Made in American Validator Network), this year, which will be opened to institutional investors, custodians, and ecological partners in the future.

Bitmine claims that it has become the largest ETH reserve institution in the world, and ranks second globally in terms of cryptocurrency asset reserves, only behind Strategy, which holds 843,775 BTC. The company also stated that the GENIUS Act and the U.S. SEC's Project Crypto will drive the transformation of digital asset financial infrastructure, with significance comparable to the impact of the end of the Bretton Woods system in 1971 on the modernization of Wall Street.
