According to International Cyber Digest (@IntCyberDigest), the core domain name t[.]me of Telegram has been set to serverHold status by the .me registry, causing the domain to go offline from the global DNS, making all t.me links inaccessible. Currently, Telegram, the .me registry, and the backend operator Identity Digital have not provided any public explanation.

Analysts have pointed out that .me is the country code top-level domain for Montenegro, which is currently in the process of negotiating EU membership. This blockade may be related to the advancement of EU regulatory matters.
