1inch co-founder Anton Bukov has stopped participating in company operations but retains a 50% stake
Anton Bukov, co-founder of 1inch, stated on the X platform that he has ceased participation in the company's operations in late November 2025 due to strategic direction and leadership disagreements, and will no longer be involved in any work related to product architecture or security, nor will he supervise either of these areas. He mentioned that he is still a co-founder and a 50% shareholder. Anton Bukov co-founded 1inch in May 2019 and was responsible for designing the core architecture of 1inch Router, Fusion, and cross-chain Swap.
