U.S. stocks opened, the Dow rose 0.27%, and Google rose 2% for developing new chips

According to Gate market data, U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.27%, the S&P 500 index rising 0.54%, and the Nasdaq Composite index rising 0.8%. Google (GOOG.O) rose 2%, with media reports stating that it is developing new chips to enhance AI model efficiency.

The storage sector saw widespread gains, with SK Hynix (SKHY.O), Micron Technology (MU.O), and SanDisk (SNDK.O) all rising 4%, while Western Digital (WDC.O) and Seagate Technology (STX.O) rose about 3%.
