Gray file disclosure reveals that 100 wallets hold 90% of the circulating supply of Worldcoin

According to Protos, Grayscale's SEC filing for the Worldcoin ETF reveals that about 90% of the circulating WLD tokens are concentrated in 100 wallets, contrasting with the project's vision of "fairly distributing to as many people around the world as possible."

The document also acknowledges that the World Chain's sequencer operates in a centralized manner, with upgrade functions coordinated and controlled by a few participants from the World Foundation, Tools for Humanity, and Optimism, and governance "is still primarily guided by the World Foundation."
