Bitget completes Financial Service Provider (FSPR) registration in New Zealand
Bitget announced that it has completed registration in the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) of New Zealand, with a business scope covering foreign exchange, cross-border remittances, asset custody, portfolio management, and execution of trades in financial products such as stocks and ETFs on behalf of clients. At the same time, Bitget has joined the New Zealand IFSO dispute resolution scheme, providing users with an independent channel for dispute handling. This move further enhances Bitget's global compliance infrastructure and supports the expansion of traditional financial instruments and tokenized RWA business.
Previously, Bitget has obtained the DASP license in El Salvador and the FSCA license in South Africa. On the product side, Bitget has launched rToken, a US stock token that is 1:1 pegged to the liquidity of traditional markets like NASDAQ, and has launched direct brokerage services for US stocks, supporting trading of over 10,000 US stocks and options.
