Fang Xinghai, former member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission.
