Psalion has completed the third phase of raising a $50 million fund, focusing on the integration of blockchain and the real economy
Singapore-based digital asset investment management company Psalion announced the completion of its third fundraise, totaling $50 million, making it the largest fund to date for the company. The fund is a variable capital company (VCC) registered in Singapore and is managed by Conduit Asset Management, which holds a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
The fund will focus on Pre-Seed to Seed stage projects, with an emphasis on infrastructure, middleware, trade finance, RWA, stablecoins, and DeFi sectors, particularly innovative projects that reshape asset ownership, transactions, and interactions in consumer applications of Web3. Psalion Managing Partner Tim Enneking stated, "Crypto was once the thesis, traditional finance was the antithesis, and what we are investing in now is the synthesis of both—Web2 businesses running on Web3 rails." The previous two funds were launched during market downturns, and the team believes that valuations during a downturn are more reasonable and entrepreneurs are more focused, making it the best window for positioning.
