2026-08-01 00:46:46

According to Jinshi reports, U.S. President Trump stated at a cabinet meeting on July 31 that the United States has not agreed to allow Ukraine to produce "Patriot" missile defense system interceptors. He emphasized that the U.S. must be "very cautious" on the issue of allowing other countries to manufacture such weapons.

Previously, on July 28, Trump met with Ukrainian President Zelensky at the White House, and Zelensky revealed after the meeting that Trump had agreed to issue a production license for "Patriot" interceptors to Ukraine.
