Binance co-founder CZ retweeted user Rager's experience about hardware wallet failures on the X platform. CZ stated that protecting the wallet backup seed phrase is a highly challenging task.

The seed phrase cannot be seen by others, or it may be copied or exploited, and it must not be accidentally damaged by fire, flood, or other incidents, while also preventing hackers from gaining access. More importantly, users themselves must not lose the seed phrase.
