The White House will hold a meeting with artificial intelligence companies on Tuesday to review the regulatory framework

2026-08-03 22:31:45

According to Jinshi, the Trump administration plans to invite employees from several tech companies, including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, to the White House on Tuesday to jointly review the completed artificial intelligence regulatory framework.

The framework will establish a voluntary program for AI labs, requiring them to submit models for government review before release. The meeting will be hosted by the Office of the National Cyber Director and is expected to include employee-level representatives from various companies, rather than executives.
